La bevanda al coriandolo è molto facile da preparare. E’ usata in ayurveda utile nella febbre per diminuire la sensazione di calore nel corpo (è particolarmente utile per coloro che soffrono di un eccesso di calore, specie in estate), è dissetante, ed è particolarmente adatta a chi vuole fare un percorso di detox in quanto la sua assunzione a stomaco vuoto pulisce i canali del corpo. Generalmente si usa in condizioni di Pitta squilibrato.

Coriander Drink For Fever, Burning Sensation, Thirst

2. Add six parts of water (Eg:60 ml)

4. Next morning, filter it, and mix with a little quantity of sugar, and drink it in empty stomach.

Translation – Dhanyaka hima should be drunk in the morning with a little quantity of sugar to get relief from internal burning sensation, excessive thirst. It also cleanses and detoxes all the body channels.
Dosage: 40-50 ml to be taken in morning in empty stomach along with half a spoon of sugar.
How long can it be consumed?
It can be taken for a period of 6 – 8 weeks.
